They happen.
Sometimes rarely, sometimes occasionally, and sometimes frequently.
It depends on the season you're in.
But the good news is, God offers comfort.
"Eh, cliche"
Yeah I know.
My thoughts on cliches:
They're "cliche" because they're said so often.
They're said so often because they're true.
In the midst of a rough moment, a rough day...a rough week:
stop and ask God to calm your mind and give you peace.
It doesn't have to be a 30 minute prayer
you don't have to be on your knees with your hands together
your eyes don't even have to be closed.
It's as simple as saying, "God...I need your peace."
He'll take it from there.
